Artists are selected based on artistic and educational quality and on the unique contribution an artist will make to our roster. To be successful within this organization, an artist or ensemble must possess and exhibit artistry, professionalism, strong educational content, communication skills and enthusiasm for their work. Artists who consistently exhibit these qualities exemplify YAC standards.
